Advising Orientation

The Student Advising Orientation Form should be completed and given to the Academic Director on or before the first day of the Orientation Period. This form is required for all new students and will be used to determine the most suitable Faculty Adviser and to assist your adviser in preparing for the first advising session during the first week of classes.

Student Advisement Record

The student should bring a newly completed copy of the Student Advisement Record to every advising session every two-weeks as scheduled with his or her Faculty Adviser.
